14 hokims in Uzbekistan rebuked for winter season preparation shortcomings
The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan rebuked 12 district hokims (mayors) for missing energy-saving targets and exceeding electricity and gas limits. Two hokims and three deputy hokims were penalized for theft of energy resource. Deputy head of UzbekCoal was also punished.
